Deepak Panda, currently pursuing his PhD at Rekhi Centre of Excellence for the Science of

Happiness, IIT Kharagpur. Trained as a geographer, he completed his masters in 2017 and

M. Phil. in 2018, and is always keen to work on the spatial dimensions, regional differences

and the interconnectedness between humans and their environment. He has experience

working in areas like urbanization problems and urban challenges, vulnerability factors

and marginalized communities.
