Palak is pursuing her Doctoral Research at the Rekhi Centre of Excellence for the Science of Happiness, IIT Kharagpur. She has completed “Master in Business Economics” (MBE) in 2014 and a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com.) in 2012 from Panjab University. She has served as the Lecturer in the IBS Pvt. Ltd. to the students of Commerce & Management for more than 2 years. Besides this, she also taught UGC-NET aspirants.

She has qualified for UGC-NET/JRF in July 2018 in the field of “Management” in the first attempt. Her interest areas of research are spirituality, mental well-being, resilience, and career derailment. She is working under the supervision of Prof. Susmita Mukhopadhyay.
