Munmun graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Geography hons. in 2017 and further completed her Post Graduation (M.A.) in Geography from Ravenshaw University, Odisha in 2019. She qualified the UGC-NET (Geography) in July 2018. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA). She is presently a Ph.D. Research Scholar at the Rekhi Centre of Excellence for the Science of Happiness, IIT Kharagpur. She is also working as a Research Assistant in a DST sponsored Solar project at IIT Kharagpur since 2019. Her research interests revolve around Development studies and Gender related issues in rural areas.
