Mohit Kumar Gautam is a Ph.D. research scholar at Rekhi Centre of Excellence for the Science of Happiness, IIT Kharagpur, under the supervision of Prof. Pulak Mishra and Prof. Priyadarshi Patnaik. He holds a Master of Business Economics from the University of Lucknow. Qualified UGC-NET (Economics), December-2018.

He has over ten years of industry experience in socio-economic research with various institutions and departments in multiple positions such as NSSO, IIM, BHU, IIPA, NIFM, etc. He is currently engaged in the “Micro Solar Dome” project sponsored by DST at IIT Kharagpur.
