He has 25 years of experience in the industry in various technical and managerial positions. He is currently working in Itron and pursuing a Ph.D. as a Working Professional with Prof. Anuradha Choudhry. He is passionate about Indian Philosophy and Psychology. He is interested in the physiological effects of pranayama, meditation, and chanting. For his Ph.D., he is developing IoT-based wearable instruments and will be conducting experiments to study the effect of chanting mantras. He regularly writes and gives talks on Life skills, Personality Development, Leadership, Bhagavad Gita, Vedanta, and Vivekananda to children, youth, and professionals. He holds B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from IIT, Madras, M.Sc (Engg) in Computer Science from IISc, Bangalore, and M.A in Philosophy, Religion, and Culture from Annamalai University.
