Human brain network synchronization can shed light on learning mechanism and decision making in organisations. The aim of the SPARK project is to see how the learning mechanism used by the brain can be translated to higher order decision making. In this study neural experiments would be designed in order to observe fractal time related to decision making at personal and corporate levels. Direct implication is on improving learning methods for efficient time management in high-level decision making. Results obtained can be applied to contexts as varied as organizational sciences, instructional design, and psychosocial studies of personal and corporate management.
